Cloud Imperium Games
Cloud Imperium Games took up the three open plan office floors in Manchester Goods Yard. Koolsolutions installed the eight Mitsubishi Electric VRF systems comprising 167 indoor units. The services on CIG were all open plan meaning that installation had to be of the highest quality.
Johnson Matthey
The Johnson Matthey N Building project in Billingham saw the refurbishment and fit-out of an existing, but vacant building into a premium space. The building comprises four floors, Koolsolutions provided the air conditioning installation on the third floor and are looking to carry out the rest of the refurbishment in the upcoming months. In total one Mitsubishi Electric VRF system was installed, comprising 17 ducted units complete with hard-wired remote controllers to local areas.
The Swan
The scope of this project was the construction of a new bedroom and spa extension to the Swan hotel in Newbybridge, providing the hotel with an additional 34 bedrooms and updated amenities areas.
Koolsolutions provided the air conditioning installation of three new Toshiba VRF systems consisting of 44 indoor units serving the two new floors of bedrooms and ground floor areas with the use of cassette and ducted type units. This project presented us with several challenges due to the restriction of ceiling void within the corridors and rooms. However, this was overcome and completed to a stellar standard.
